Alba Sagarra, dancer, psychologist, body therapist, shiatsu movement, BFRP Practitioner and Bach Flower Trainer accredited by the Bach Center in England. Trained by Jessica Walker as a teacher in the Laboratory School methodology. Trained by Myrna Renaud as level 1 & 2 facilitator of The Voice that Heals (LVQS © mrm). In 2006 she merged her career as a body therapist, dancer and flower therapist in the Bach Flowers in Motion © proposal, a journey through the seven groups of Bach flowers to accompany the person on the path of self-knowledge.

Movimiento Esencial is a space where dance becomes a journey, a discovery, an exploration of who we are and where we are from, through different movement and dance proposals. For all people who want to move, to connect with their inner vitality.

The main characteristic of our Contact Improvisation (CI) sessions is the development of listening to one @ myself and meeting the other. We propose an IC that reaches the technique progressively. We work on the bases of IC developing our body awareness, our listening and the space for meeting and improvising with the other.

Our work is nourished by CI, meditation, the 5 elements of traditional Chinese medicine and its practice in Shiatsu Movement, the Essence - Presence methodology of the Jessica Walker School Laboratory, the Malkovsky Free Dance, the 5 rhythms of Gabrielle Roth , of the life…
