Facilitator of Mindfulness programs, certified for the first time in 2014 in Respira Vida Breathworks. Not having finished the training of trainers, I have participated in the training phase to train teachers, at the (TTi) level. I have been manager of the Espai RespiraVida personal growth and development center, coach-supervisor of final practice courses in phase IV of supervised application of mindfulness training. Also trained to teach mindfulness courses for people with ADHD.
