I am passionate about improvised trips, sports,

nature, healthy eating. When I was 8 years old, I started in the world of athletics, a time when I really enjoyed training, teamwork, spending time with friends and with my family. Years later, I left athletics and competition to focus on my studies and graduate in Speech Therapy. They were wonderful years in which I worked both in hospital and clinic, with children and adults. During those years, I had numerous injuries to my knees, which is why my sister encouraged me to try yoga. I tried different disciplines for several years, until I decided to train as a Vinyasa Yoga teacher (RYT-

200) 3 years ago. Today, I continue to practice, learn and enjoy this wonderful path.

Life is movement, it is a constant change, and you have to learn to react and flow with each of the situations that appear along the way. And the practice of yoga is a metaphor for life itself. Everything is a matter of breathing, of moving freely, releasing those tensions that you tend to drag, that you accumulate and that prevent you from moving forward. You have to let yourself go, enjoy every moment, every practice, every situation, even if unforeseen, imbalances appear, even if we fall, get up and keep breathing. Enjoy this wonderful adventure. »
