Begoña es psicotherapiest and psicoastrologer.
She has worked for morer than 15 years joining de path of spiritual awakening to the one of the personal development, considering both equally important and integrating estern and western techniques. She´s been trained as transpersonal, theatral, bioenergetic and sistemic psicotherapy. Yoga teacher and mindfulness expert. She was trained for over 10 years as a Zen nun.
"My belive and my energy are directed to facilitate spaces where silence, nature and observation can make possible the deep contact with ourselves as we simultaneously can look at our wounds and shadows with compassion.
