I started practicing yoga in 2013, when a friend recommended I go to Iyengar or Kundalini classes with a certain “Soumyia”, who became my first yoga teacher, and for whom I express my deepest gratitude and memories. Little by little, my yoga classes became an essential space in my routine, since I worked long hours, with weekly trips and high levels of stress. At that time, I was managing education and job placement projects with an NGO in various areas of Morocco.
The time I most consciously experienced how good the daily practice of yoga made me feel was in 2016 when I visited the Sivandanda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram in India. I felt a state of deep stillness and abundance without any specific "reason" or "cause", what we call connecting with "inner peace." It was the detonating element of deepening the study of this ancestral practice. At the end of the year, I started my first Yoga teacher training.
The second important turn was a year later, during the advanced training of yoga teachers: personal growth and Kundalini Yoga when I really decided to start teaching yoga classes, in order to transmit what I was learning, and above all feeling and experiencing what throughout the practices.
I am trained as a Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Yoga Teacher for Children, and Yoga Teacher with Vinyasa Flow approach.(Automatic translation)
