"Yoga connects me with the joy of living"
With a degree in Communication, Clara Arnedo embarked on a new path in her life by training as a Hatha Yoga teacher with Yoga Synthesis and her mentor, Julián Peragón. More than 10 years of practice and a good number of complementary training and specializations give you the knowledge to approach yoga in its most spiritual aspect.
Clara is an inveterate traveler and has participated in international workshops taught by great teachers such as Surinder Singh, from Rihikesh or Danilo Hernández, among others. In addition, he has been practicing meditation regularly for years and collaborates with the Espai Obert Project with classes and conscious yoga retreats.
