I have been dedicated to Physical Education for 20 years, through group classes and personal training. I discovered a way to do yoga 10 years ago with a training program called Bodybalance, this motivated me to inquire more about yoga, because at first I only worried about the physical and I discovered that it was much more. It was thanks to Israel, my teacher, he made me see and feel the practice of Yoga as a way to really connect with myself, with who I really am and with everything I can offer to the world, it changed a lot in me and I continue on that path of change, service, love and understanding. About four years ago I discovered yoga for children and as a family, it has been great to feel my inner child and all the good that that energy brings me in life. And in this process of learning, personal and professional growth, yoga for pregnant women has appeared, a beautiful gift to connect with the feminine and with creation.
