For Débora, self-knowledge is the main means to achieve a greater (and more real) vital fullness, and it is based on three fundamental pillars: meditation, conscious body work and psychotherapeutic techniques.
His proposals involve combining the contributions made in the East and the West, and a yoga practice that stimulates self-inquiry and the development of sensitivity, compared to other practices based almost exclusively on promoting intensity, flexibility or strength.
He currently teaches physical yoga and meditation classes and offers coaching sessions and bioenergetic therapy. He has training in Yoga (Integrative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Dynamic Yoga, Vinyasa Krama), Coaching, Bioenergetic Analysis, PCI (Integrative Body Process), Transpersonal Therapy, NLP and Focusing.
