From here, looking for an encounter between the body and the mind, he begins his path in the world of alternative therapies, studying Acupuncture, Natural Medicine, Homeopathy and Shiatsu massage.

Also delving into psycho-emotional healing through regressive therapies and quantum medicine.

Tai chi and chi kung practitioner, in 2003, upon knowing the great potential of Yoga, he turned to the study of its therapeutic possibilities, designing together with his partner Luís Luna, the course of "Yoga and Health - Yogoterapia" at the Ashram Naradeva yoga course aimed at completing the training of Yoga teachers.

Responsible for the medical area of ​​the Naradeva Ashram in which he taught for 12 years subjects related to anatomy and health sciences.

Currently:

Director and founder of the Center for Yoga, Health and Crisálida Meditation, in Segovia.

Actively participates in technical and scientific training for Yoga teachers.

In his practice, he helps people improve their health and find their balance in life.

Creator and host, together with Luis Luna - Ganesha of the Yoga and Healing program, "Proceso Crisalida".
