Elena Villalba

The leap of my life occurred with my motherhood alone, at 21 years old. Suddenly my world expanded beyond myself and I learned of the happiness of giving, loving and seeing others grow, assuming the responsibility of accompanying this growth. At the same time, my own development became the subtle balance between profession, family and training.

I have dedicated myself to the development of social projects in non-profit organizations, through entrepreneurship in the welfare sector and personal and transpersonal development. I participated from levels of teaching, management and direction in the growth process of the Spanish School of Transpersonal Development for eight years.

 All this has woven a personal and professional baggage focused on the human being, on his group dimension and on the synergistic potential that we can collectively display when our minds and hearts converge in a common project.

 Throughout my career I have been trained in Transpersonal Therapy, Body and Energy Psychotherapy, Mindfulness Consulting, Process Work and Authentic Movement.

 I have a special interest in organic development in companies and organizations. I facilitate collective dynamics for group development and approach to conflicts, natural in every evolutionary process of the human community as a living and conscious organism.

 In the entuzentro initiative I provide group spaces for meditative work and personal development. I work with various ways such as Mindfulness, Conscious Movement and Zen Meditation.
