Meditation practitioner, after a career of more than fifteen years in public health, I began to accompany patients with mood disorders individually, facilitating mindfulness practices. After observing very positive results, a short time later I decided to train as a mindfulness instructor for children and adults and incorporate this practice into my professional practice.

Since then I have been a qualified professor of MBSR -Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction- based programs at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts and professor of MBSR -level Teacher Advancement Intensive- by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University.

I obtained the title of Expert in Mindfulness in Educational Contexts from the Camilo José Cela University of Madrid and the Master's degree in Mindfulness from the University of Zaragoza.

In addition, I have been certified as a child mindfulness instructor of the Eline Snel Method by the Academy for Mindful Teaching —Holland—, facilitator of the TREVA program - «Relaxation, meditation and mindfulness techniques applied to the classroom» - by the Camilo José Cela University and facilitator of Focusing by the Spanish Institute of Focusing.

I facilitate mindfulness courses and workshops in healthcare, educational and personal growth settings, as well as stress management retreats in Spain and Belgium.
