I share the idea that communication is the key to creating and maintaining pleasant personal relationships, I like to participate in any exchange of ideas. I encourage dialogue and inspire growth. Grow and evolve for others, and for myself. In the earthly world my passion is cooking. Sharing ideas, knowledge and methods of practice of the subject is what I act on in the day to day, wisdom taught by my family and a cooking school where I received studies in international cuisine and at the same time Pastry.

I decided to travel to Peru. Something is calling me! I exclaimed one of those days. Arriving in Cusco, the Imperial city, the navel of the World. My days, my energy and my being evolved spontaneously, the full contact with nature, the apus and the people of the area constantly help with my personal and intellectual growth. We learn from everyone, I cross, we cross and we will cross each other for some reason in this incomprehensibly beautiful world.

Gratitude, my determined feeling. I mean, I am glad that in so few years I have had the opportunity to have incredible work experiences, from being the Pastry Chef of a Hilton hotel, to being the Chef of a famous French creperie called “La Boheme”, inspiring of love and peace. . My native language is Spanish, I practice Italian as a home habit and a little English.

When I make an effort and try something new, I discover communities, foods, or interests that I would never have known. I keep in mind that each new experience brings me knowledge, expands my comfort zone, and helps me express my talents. Today I decide to do something new that promotes my joy, with a willing heart and an open mind, I experience something good and new in life, which offers us infinite opportunities every day, because it has offered me to be here with you, in this great personal development project in the middle of nature. But, if we are not willing to tackle the new, those opportunities or better called experiences will remain undiscovered.
