Although Pilates has become a constant practice in my day to day life, I have also drank and continue to drink from other physical and movement disciplines that today nourish my classes and courses: Iyengar Yoga, Contemporary Dance, Tai-chi , Diafreo and Feldenkrais among others. All of this helps me to have my own approach, a style that places great importance on the awareness of one's own body, the limits and the possibilities of each one in their current moment.

Without neglecting the fundamental principles of the method, I like to design classes where a didactic and playful approach prevails, as well as creating a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere in each session.

I seek to build bridges between the practice of contemporary Pilates and Mindfulness meditation in order to achieve a fuller life and a way of moving through it more consciously and capable.
