My relationship with yoga comes from childhood, due to the causalities of life my father had a book by Master Swami Sivananda at home and my sister and I practiced the asanas having fun and enjoying the challenges they meant for us.
Then I practiced at the Sivananda school in Madrid for some years of my youth, it had to be the destination that later, living in Florida, connected me with the Sivananda school where I was trained as a teacher of Hatha yoga and yoga for pregnant women.
Yoga practice for me is done on the mat and off it. The same philosophy that we use in class I apply it to my daily life to be able to flow my way and find my true purpose, which is none other than walking in oneself and sharing the love that is in my being.
