Irene Zerva

Irene started practicing yoga 7 years ago. She attended her first 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training in 2013 with Anastasia Zarafoniti and then 2 years later she went to Goa, India to study Ayurveda-based yoga. Excited by the way that alternative medicine is combined with yoga, she decided to go down a rather therapeutic path. In 2015 she attended two more trainings on pregnancy and therapeutic yoga and then was introduced to the world of Thai massage. Lately he teaches and practices Yin Yoga after attending two trainings with Biff Mithoefer. Today she attends seminars promoting the healing side of yoga and self-therapy. She also teaches therapeutic yoga and yin yoga classes in the center of Athens, where she lives, and in the retreats that she participates in.
