Specialized in applying the teachings of yoga in everyday life. In short, with years of experience and thousands of knowledge to contribute, which are reinforced with a complementary training of 10 years in the field of Healing, Meditation, Personal Growth and Natural Health.
President of the Spanish Association of Yoga AYPV. Active member of the Yoga Alliance, European Yoga Alliance and AEKY, which since 2003 has been teaching Yoga and Meditation classes professionally. More than 6000 hours teaching classes, courses, workshops and retreats throughout Spain.
