I was born in Pamplona one day in October, I have lived in Madrid for years.
I always wanted to be a journalist and I am.
I never imagined being a yoga teacher and I am, which makes me think that planning is fine but letting things just happen is also a good idea.
It all depends on how curious you are… And yes, I am curious. Curiosity led me to discover yoga more than a decade ago and yoga has led me to discover the world.
I have studied and taught yoga in Mexico, Indonesia, Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Austria and Denmark, India and Spain. And since yoga is infinite, I know that I still have a lot to learn and a lot to travel.
I don't believe in no pain, no gain. I do believe in the no pain way, more gain. I don't believe in violence, neither in one-size-fits-all nor in I'm better than you. I do believe in the power of breath, unique people, and compassion. And, above all, I do believe in your yoga is you. With all your sides, with all your faces, with all your essence, with all your being.
In the shala I teach what I know and try to convey what I feel. What is yoga for me? It's my passion, it's the endless story, it's magic.
