Doing the Camino de Santiago in 2005, I meet a tantra teacher whose teachings and practices leave in me the first traces of what will be an awakening that leads me to myself. From here, without stopping on this path towards being, I meet Astiko, being with her in weekly classes and retreats for several years. Later I was trained at the Institut de Tantra with Xavi Domènech.

Also trained in Gestalt therapy and in different body and massage techniques: Alchemy of touch with Tapesh, quiromassage at Ferrandis school, Ayurveda in Rasovai, India, hata yoga in happy yoga, Dramatic body expression laboratory with Jessica Walker and first level biodance at Kairos.

My love for nature and the human being led me to train in Naturopathy and Flower therapy at CENAC, which gives me a more holistic vision of the body, mind and spirit.

Currently I collaborate as an assistant in the process (CTI) consciousness and inner transformation at the Institut per la harmonia humana. And training in Claudio Naranjo's SAT process.
