Since 2014 I have been dedicated to guiding and guiding people in their well-being and personal development through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, coaching and emotional intelligence.
I accompany them in their personal or professional change processes, in improving their skills, developing their emotional intelligence, managing their stress or working on their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
I direct and teach workshops, retreats, trips and groups of practices and I carry out individual sessions using individual and team Coaching (ontological, European and American currents), NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Intelligence, mentoring, psychodrama, management, Mindfulness, techniques relaxation and breathing, hatha yoga.
The love for the environment and nature have led me to organize retreats and trips in natural environments in Spain and Nepal.
My vocation for personal development and well-being has led me to train as an Executive Coach certified in ICF, Aecop and UCM, as a Mindfulness instructor by the UCM, under the MBSR methodology of the University of Massachusetts and as a yoga instructor by Ved Niketan Dham and Meditation Institute India.
I participate in associations and NGOs that are dedicated to improving the lives and health of children and women. I participate in solidarity events in the fight against gender violence with the MUM Association and in education for the children of Nepal with Kaivalya Foundation. Yoginzen allocates 10% of the income from the trips to this association. I am a member of 'Unidos por Nepal', Animal Equality, Spanish Association Against Cancer.
