When I discovered yoga a few years ago it was a radical change in my life. Practicing it in an intense way returned me, and without really knowing how, to a state of happiness that I didn't even know I could have. All this made me want to deepen my knowledge and practice even more and I decided to take a yoga teacher course. This deepening made it possible to feel that I was more connected with myself and made me able to really know myself as I am and caused in a much easier way than I ever supposed to eliminate from my life fears and many emotional limitations that affected me in my relationships with others and myself in a negative way. This was the final step in deciding that my life would have to be dedicated to yoga as much as possible and to be able to transmit it in a direct way. Since then I have been a teacher of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and I am part of the Yoga teacher training team, specializing in adjustments and deepening of asanas, as well as Paranayamas.

I am trained as, Teacher of Hatha Yoga and Meditation, Teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Teacher of Vinyasa yoga, Teacher of Yoga for Children, Sound Therapy through gong and bowls, and in Akashic Records.
