Jordi Esteban

My purpose is to share the yoga experience from an integrating experience, where thinking, feeling and doing are in tune and the limits of the personality can be broadened towards broader, deeper and more harmonious horizons with the totality of Being.

I am certified as an IYENGAR® Yoga teacher by Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune (India) and I am a founding member of the Spanish Association of IYENGAR® Yoga Practitioners (AEYI). Since 1997 I have been a teacher and director of an Iyengar Yoga center in Girona and I teach intensive courses, seminars and workshops in different places.

Beyond yoga, I studied at the Massana School, specializing in sculpture. I trained in Waldorf Pedagogy (1998-2003) and in Hauschka Art Therapy (2005-2009) and since then I have worked as an art therapist at the Eating Pathologies Unit of the Bofill Clinic in Girona and I develop teaching tasks in projects such as Art Workshops as a path of personal and social development and Art in the School.

With all this you can get an idea of "who I am", even though you see that I can only name some of the shadows that veil who we truly are.
