Yoga came into my life when I was 12 years old, hand in hand with my father and my grandfather. At that time I was living it as a totally fun game with balancing postures and acrobatics. In my early 20s, I started researching and experimenting with different schools and styles of yoga. They were years of study and practice that sparked my passion for this discipline. Little by little, body and mind began to show me unknown spaces of serenity, mental calm, deep vision and a greater acceptance of reality as it was.Before turning 30, I decided to dedicate myself to sharing this love for yoga through teaching . In 2004 Carlos Fiel, Director of the Sadhana School appeared in my life. His way of understanding and transmitting yoga enchanted me and I began my training as a teacher at his school for 4 years, with which I collaborated for 4 more years as a tutor at the Madrid school. In 2006, I made the great decision of my life. I quit my job as an accountant to fully commit to yoga and its teaching. I traveled to India on several occasions to continue my training. In 2007 I promoted and created "The Soul of Yoga", a project that has been growing and progressing slowly and smoothly, with its own rhythm that is reflected in each of our actions Currently, in addition to my work as a yoga teacher, I study and collaborate with the Devacharya Institute and the Mahasandhi Association, an opportunity to expand and disseminate my knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda and Alchemy for which I am grateful.
