What I intend with these retreats is to share my experience and convey how I live in that state that we call happiness. I assure you that it can be achieved! It is an austere and rational method or experience and I share it because I imagine that many of you, seeking to be happy, will be trapped just as I was. So, searching and searching for happiness, I spent years clinging to the desire to achieve more and more, to be the best, to stand out in everything. But there comes that moment of having it all and, at the same time, feeling a great emptiness when suddenly you realize that you don't really have anything that makes you happy. What then is it to be happy? From this question I have developed this method / experience "Life and Happiness" which is nothing more than my day to day in which I have found peace, well-being and tranquility from austerity in all its forms. I hope it helps you discover that being happy is possible, and that the idea of sharing is useful for many of you.
