I completed my first teacher training in 2009 and have since trained in various styles of yoga with respected yogis around the world, in Nepal, South Korea and the UK. I was awarded 200 hours of teaching in Bihar yoga, Raja yoga, Seasonal Yoga, and I became a certified Iyengar yoga teacher in June 2019.
Classes focus on alignment, connecting with the breath, and cultivating awareness and intelligence throughout the body. We will work with the classic postures and their modifications to develop and refine your practice slowly, safely and systematically. Breathing is the connection between the body and the mind, so when we learn to control our breath, we can slowly gain more control over our mind and emotions.
