After many years working as a stylist taking care of people's external image, my insatiable need to learn and love for the transformation of all things lead me to feel the desire to continue my journey towards beauty and health, opening the door of the "non-duality" and going deeply into the vast world of the interior of each One including the spiritual part of life.

Everything that is an experience lived to see me, know me, transform me and grow becomes the engine that ignites the spark of life in my heart.

Art, therapy, the health of the body, mind and spirit and the harmony between them moves me towards many courses and formations.

Through each of my life experiences, relationships, travels, discovery and practice of meditation (in its multiple forms), dance and conscious body movement (Biodanza, Clown, Systemic Constellations, Theater) , Tantra (trained at the Tantra Institute), energetic work (trained as Healer at Eivida Ibiza school), I find the medicines for my life and the desire to share them:
