Manuela Serrano

After living 15 years on diets, I decided I needed a change. I started to cultivate my mind and my body, I reconciled with myself and made myself the most beautiful gift so far, loving myself as I am.

I started to change my habits and started to lose weight naturally, but something inside me kept asking for something more, until I started eating much greener. The training in vegetarian food and nutrition that I have done and the Yoga instructor course have given a new meaning in my life.

Since then, my relationship with food has taken an incredible turn and food has gone from being my enemies to being my best allies to achieve peace with my body, with my energy levels and eat varied and tasty.

With what I have learned and studied, I have turned around my health and that of my family, solving a problem of candida in the stomach and an alteration of my thyroid.

After training in personal growth, vegetarian eating and applying it in my life, I feel that I have discovered my goal in life: accompany other people to take their own steps to achieve well-being and enjoy eating without regrets.
