Perhaps I could say that, since always, I have felt a deep concern to accompany the other in those moments of his life in which, for different reasons, he needs to find support along the way.My perseverance and enthusiasm recharge me with energy daily and encourage me. to tackle projects, ideas and dreams that are worth fighting for every day.

My professional and academic trajectory are based in the field of education. I graduated in Social Education and then I trained as a specialist in Emotional Intelligence , undoubtedly one of the specialties that would mark my professional career.

  I continued training to give the best version of myself and MBSR Mindfulness crossed my path, one of the most transformative formations that have passed through my life and, after that, Positive Discipline . Their incredible tools gave me great value as a mother in the first place and, once internalized, they allowed me to accompany other children and families.

  Both Emotional Intelligence, MBSR Mindfulness and Positive Discipline feed back together in all my interventions and this has allowed me a great enrichment that could never be as it is without the integration of the three specialties. Scientific criteria, which I rely on as a speaker, is one of my main pillars as a trainer.
