After more than 11 years dedicating myself to tourism marketing, traveling the world and offering experiences to travelers, I was certified as a Yoga teacher by the Yoga Alliance in Bali.
Practicing different styles of yoga since 2005 in Spain, Mexico, India and Indonesia, I spent 2 months studying Meditation in two ashrams in India, and Ayurveda.
My purpose is to teach the benefits of real yoga, which works together the body and mind to create balance, aided by Ayurveda. My passion for yoga and getting to know other cultures, as a good globettroter, have been the inspiration to design vacation programs based on the health of the body and mind, while enjoying the environment at the same time.
