I am Marina, a yoga teacher, gestalt art therapist, and certified marma therapist by Naradeva Shala Institute of Hindu Culture. I am interested in topics related to yoga, art, therapies, education, human and community development. In my work, I use Yoga and Art as accompaniment tools to processes for transformation, growth, and personal development. I have practiced meditation in monasteries in Nepal and yoga in India. Kundalini yoga teacher, internationally qualified, also in Hatha yoga. I am also a Children and Youth Yoga teacher.
