My name is Marina and I am a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher. I am dedicated to sharing and disseminating tools and exercises of self-knowledge, positive thinking, personal development and leadership to get the best version of yourself; your more confident, relaxed and happy side, is it cool?
I go far beyond just closing my eyes and breathing. My classes contain great doses of humor and a lot of closeness. A 100% experiential trip. Fun is an essential requirement in learning, laughing while you meditate and enjoying learning is the way to go to make an occasional practice one of the most pleasant moments in your routine.
