Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga teacher since 2009, with a 400h training done at Yoga Mandir in Costa Rica. In 2013 he deepened his studies and practice in India. Yoga is not only your job, but your way of living and being. As of 2014, he trained as a Pilates instructor at ANEF Barcelona. She has been a Yoga and Pilates teacher in several centers in Barcelona, and in Tandem Studio she gives classes in YEP Prenatal (Yoga, Emotion and Pilates for pregnant women); Yoga Flow and Pilates Mat.
