At the age of 19, after being in a car accident that brought him close to death, he had an experience in his own body of the healing effect of the sound of the Australian Aboriginal Didgeridoo. This opened his interest in these types of instruments and led him to search for instruments with new sounds with healing capacities. In 2004 he traveled to Switzerland where he met Félix Rohner and Sabina Schärer, creators of Hang. Since then he has specialized in this particular melodic percussion instrument.
The impulse to search for himself and for new sacred instruments, led him in 2008 to live 8 months in India. In a spiritual community he met the “Bilas” (flat bells), with high vibrational frequencies that the luthier Alexander Zhikharev donated to the community. Coming out of a 7-day silent retreat, Mark first heard the sound of the Bilas, and had such an experience that it motivated him on an intense, seemingly impossible search to find Alexander.
Mark, after 2 years, without material means and without speaking Russian, gave up and began to give up finding him and carrying out the project itself. Just at that moment, fate made him meet by "chance", in Barcelona, a Russian girl, who would be the key piece in the whole process of the next two years, putting her family in Moscow in contact with the so hidden Alexander. The chain of signs and coincidences throughout history, made Alexander believe in the Project and embrace his dream, deciding to build the bells for Mark.
On this magical trip to India the inspiration for the Khyma project was born - sound, light and geometry. As well as all the contacts with its inventors were born.
In 2013 he began the path of Theta Healing and incorporated it into his daily practice as a therapist with Light, Sound, Vibration and Geometry. After an experience of healing a child with a birth problem in the heart, he decided to train as a teacher and help spread this tool on the planet, being one of the pioneers to start giving courses in Spain. Since then he has traveled through various countries training and participating as assistant assistant in several courses of Vianna Stibal, creator of the methodology, receiving the Master's degree professor.
