After years of maintaining an intermittent relationship with Yoga, it was from a turning point that I found refuge, inspiration, and healing in Yoga. I really believe in this ancient technology, as a super valid tool today, both physically, emotionally, and mentally. I encourage you at least to try. When you experience that something really brings well-being, there is little more to say. Graduated from the AEPY with a very complete and recognized training of 4 years. I have been teaching classes for 6 years and I come from dance in which I already benefited from Yoga, as a practitioner for more than 15 years.
