My greatest illusion is to inspire and accompany others to find their calm, their essence and mission in life ... that is why I am a meditation and healing coach, sacred healer, masseuse, expert in holistic treatments and aromatherapy, midwife of light, companion of Bioneuroemeción®, Coach of soul and life.

11 years ago my dream came true when I was able to quit my advertising job in London and open La Calma in Ribadesella, Asturias.

MY STUDIES

Although I studied Economics in London, I did a Master in Marketing and I had a successful career in advertising ... from an early age I understood that I needed a harmony in my life and a spiritual development if I wanted to stop suffering the consequences of the high level of stress and rhythm of life he wore.

So at the same time, in parallel, I studied and practiced meditation, reiki, healing / healing, aromatherapy and different massage therapies for more than 16 years in various parts of the world including the United States, Bali, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, England and Spain.
