Originally from Elche (Alicante). For more than a decade, yoga has been at the center of Nita's life. Fascinated by how the body and the mind are unalterable simply by synchronizing the breath with the movement. His relationship with the practice of yoga is a daily experience, exploring his freedom, limitations and conscious development. It is coming home, being here and now in pure consciousness. It is making love to life every day, the most intimate and profound relationship we can have with ourselves and, in turn, with the life that surrounds us.
With no prior experience in body movement, Nita Miralles tried her first yoga class at the age of twenty-one.
A few years later, after traveling through Nepal and Northern India, he moved to Israel where he had the opportunity to study the BKS Iyengar system with Aryan Veda. Shortly after this, he discovered the Mysore practice with Roee Weiss, John Scott's student and assistant in Tel Aviv. This motivated her to visit John Scott while she was studying with Nea Ferrier in Dubai. 2015-2017.
The same year of 2015, she made her first trip to study at KPJAYI in Mysore and continued to explore the Ashtanga tradition with legends such as Rolf Najuokat, Kirsten Berg and Mitchell Gold who only left traces in her heart of love and respect for this practice.
His newest and most inspired teachers today are Michael Schabort, Mark Robberds and Deepika Metha.
