Nuria Gomar

Hello, my name is Nuria, I am an apprentice in the school of life, with various joyful and painful experiences, just as I think it is in itself. I have known first-hand anxiety, depression and other disorders, which ended as a peak in important diseases, which led me, specifically at the end, to a stroke and to rethink my life in all its areas, wishing to find a balance.

And I'm getting it, because I keep working on it every day, thanks both to the training and knowledge that I decided to undertake in various disciplines such as Gestalt, Transpersonal, Coaching, Mindfulness, Yoga, ... as well as the professionals who have accompanied me throughout of this path full of challenges.

All this has helped me and is helping me to discover a vocation, a passion and a meaning in life, with the mission of accompanying, from my own personal experiences above all, to find for myself the wisdom and resources for a a calmer, more equanimous, more balanced and happy state of life, meaning happiness, a state of inner well-being.
