I am a yoga teacher at the International "Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center", one of the most prestigious yoga schools, and of course for me the most authentic and special.

I am also a Japanese Ussui Reiki teacher (Ussui Reiki Ryoho), I belong to the traditional lineage, and as in yoga, my degree is official and international by the "Spanish Reiki Alliance".

My "training" in the native medicinal path, I obtained after many years working on altars or traditional designs, such as temazcales, (purification saunas), various vision searches, (in which for four days, without food or water unless it rains you remain alone, and in meditative silence, sitting on the mountain) or dances of the sun, where for four days of fasting dances around the Tree of Life, as well as many other priceless experiences that were shown to me the beauty of the path of the heart.

I practice what I teach and it is what makes me want to be better, and try to motivate people to try it every day as well, since I think it is the true key to fulfillment.

About fifteen years ago after a transcendental experience in the mountains (Kilimanjaro) I was directing my steps towards yoga, meditation, Reiki and the ways of the medicine of the earth (shamanism) until little by little I was turning them into my way of life completely, and discovering a fuller and happier way of living, in bliss, gratitude and joy.

Currently I dedicate myself completely to what I love the most, practicing and sharing what I believe in and I believe that this is transmitted in all my classes and workshops, temazcales and retreats, to which more and more people come to whom I love and consider. my family.
