I was born on May 26, 1954 and 20 years later I was studying and working in computer programming for various companies. From this time I remember my passionate interest in the interface of dialogue between "soft" and "hard", idea (mind) and matter, and from this the great question arose: What is the interface between matter and consciousness? The answer is still in the air inspired by both Yoga and Polarity therapy.

In 1987 I finished my training at the Catalan University of Yoga as a yoga teacher, and in 1992 (Olympic year) I met Jim Feil and Polarity therapy. I expanded my studies in anatomy and pathophysiology at Heilpraktiker and CENAC.

Within the context of PT, Jim Feil supported my training as a PT instructor and since 1998 I have been teaching training courses for therapists. I have had the privilege of participating in a comprehensive health project called Natural health center (Gironella, Berga and Manresa) for more than 20 years, where I contribute my collaboration in Yoga and Polarity therapy; lately also a consultation in Barcelona city.

For about seven years, I have focused research and therapeutic application in the field of diseases such as cancer, autoimmune and various chronic diseases, integrating the knowledge received through the Bihar Yoga school in India and Polarity therapy itself. I am a passionate reader and researcher of the work of Dr. Randolph Stone and especially the writings of his travel notes.
