Born in Valencia, with business training, I changed urban life for rural life and I have lived for more than 10 years in the town of Teresa, in the interior of the province of Castellón.
Some back pain from a young age led me to yoga, and from there to meditation and healthy eating. I began to be interested in another way of life more intuitive and linked to contact with people and knowing myself.
In 2011 I began my training as a Kundalini Yoga teacher in Gobinde, Valencia, and since then I have continued studying topics related to health, nutrition and personal growth.
From the beginning of my training as a yoga teacher, I was interested in how this discipline could help people with mental disorders. I have been studying and practicing meditations for years that can help people with depression or anxiety.
