Daughter, Sister, Mother, Comadre, Sound Therapist specialized in Pelvic Disorders of Women and Female Evolutionary Accompaniment, until today.

My path to get here led me to walk the path between Art and Health: I studied Dramatic Art of Body and Vocal Expression and I am a Diploma in Podiatry. Desiring to delve into the mysteries of the female body-mind, I was trained in Traditional Midwifery in Peru, Hatta Yoga, Meditation, Medicinal Plants for the self-management of female processes and Nutrition and Therapeutic Fasting.

I have been participating and invigorating women's circles for twelve years with concrete works on Feminine Sexuality and Instinctive Creativity, in the beauty and simplicity of the ritual we heal women. The last decade of my life has been dedicated to the therapeutic accompaniment of women, more than 500 women know in depth my work as a therapist.

I have created and developed the technique that gives its name to the Feminine Sound Therapy® website, a prodigious way to reconnect neuromuscularly with our pelvis.

Currently I coordinate Therapeutic Retreats for Women in the Burrow and in different parts of the peninsula. I lead different trainings in the form of dynamic and theoretical workshops both face-to-face and online. Our daughter “Espíritu de Mujer” has already reached dozens of women.
