At 29, I left everything and went around the world for a year, which marked a before and after in my life, since then nothing would be the same again. Different existential crises throughout my life surrounded by fears, insecurities, excessive perfectionism, high expectations, self-punishment, emotional appetite, inner emptiness and lack of meaning, aroused an insatiable curiosity about the search for the true well-being of people, the way toward freedom of mind and that sense of inner peace and fulfillment that encounters true self and purpose provide. Soon life led me to consult, investigate and learn to manage my emotions and know myself, from a very young age I opted for this path.
I started in the world of yoga as an Ashtanga practitioner, coming out of perfectionism and competition in the world of Dance and from there I began to explore different styles such as Hatha Raja Yoga, Dharma, Therapeutic, Iyengar, Hatha, Kundalini, Tantra and Yoga Nidra. Throughout my journey, different teachers inspired me, including: Andrei Ram, Simon Park, Usha Devi, Surinder Singh, Deepeka Metha, Parsanht, Janet Stone, Cameron Shayne, David Keyle, Anna Forrestt, Ambra Vallo, Anand Mehrotra.
Over the years and through my travels I have deepened in this practice that began as something physical and was transforming my world until it became my philosophy of life. Currently I am dedicated to sharing the practice that gives me so much with everyone who comes to my classes, however I will continue to be a student for the rest of my life, discovering this fascinating path of yoga as a way of life.
In addition to Yoga, I have studied different disciplines related to well-being such as conscious nutrition and integral coaching and spiritual development through shamanism and tantra. I studied Thai massage in Chinag Mai and Ayurveda in Kerala, I have completed 3 Vipasana meditation retreats, I have lived in different Ashrams in India and I have enjoyed Mooji's teachings in his Rishikesh Satsangs.
