Sarah is the founder and owner of this center along with her husband, Antonio. His academic training begins in England with a diploma in Health and Science (Ipswich College), and subsequently obtains his Diploma in Physiotherapy (University of East Anglia, 1994). Sarah is also a Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Functional Medicine Therapist.    Her enthusiasm for life and her nutritional expertise help her clients improve their health and acquire a passion for living. Design and organize retreats to give your guests the best possible start on their new health journey . Having overcome her own health challenges, she now dedicates her professional life to helping transform people's health using her knowledge gained from both conventional medicine and natural therapies . She is a great cook and enjoys nature, especially her garden and orchard, which she works together with Sonia. She designs the withdrawal menus and the detox program paying great attention to the needs of her clients.
