I graduated in Yoga Sciences (Bihar School of Yoga India) in 2001, I received training in all aspects of Yoga, also recognized as a Yoga instructor by the Ministry of Education of Catalonia.
I am a yoga student for 18 years, throughout these years I have shared my knowledge with more than 500 people and I am growing more and more, thanks to their experiences and visions.
My main asset is dealing with people. I am passionate about human relations.
Both in my personal and professional life, my priority is to improve the VALUES AND POSITIVE ASPECTS OF LIFE and, above all, to find and find SOLUTIONS.
I have found from personal experience that a problem can almost always turn into a great opportunity.
Yoga is a great tool to improve your life physically, mentally, and emotionally
I lived at Bihar School of Yoga as a resident for three years learning Karma Yoga and personal study. Life in an Ashram is very intense. All emotions are amplified and the energy of the Guru helps you in your spiritual evolution.
My relationship with Swamiji was very special from the very beginning. I met him in May 2000. I remember meeting him and being impressed by his intense gaze and strength. We connected immediately and I was granted the privilege of being able to spend time with him. The spiritual name is your Dharma, the duty to yourself. That's how I am, I flow with the energy of life.
Swamiji told me that I had to go to India to do the training and so I did. They were 3 incredible and intense years in which I had the opportunity to know my strengths, weaknesses, ambitions, and needs as the practice of the Swan says.
During the training, apart from the knowledge of Hatha Yoga postures and Yoga Nidra classes, we also had classes on philosophy, anatomy, sacred books, and mantras.
From Satyananda Yoga Ashram Italy, Swami Anandananda asked for my support in organizing the Yoga Festival in Venice. Having already collaborated in the organization of 3 international Yoga programs as well as being Italian was of great help to them. It was a very enriching experience. I lived for five months alone with him in the ashram, spending the day dedicated to Karma Yoga and the organization of the event in which more than 900 people from different parts of the world participated. (all Satyananda Yoga Acharyas, Yoga teachers)
My return to India after the program was different. Soon after, I had a meniscus injury. All the sannyasins had karate in the morning. I could no longer walk and
I started playing the harmonium and chanting mantras. Swamiji told me to go live in Yoga Arroyo, a building where only Amaji (Swamiji's mother) and a Sannyasin who was in charge of taking care of her lived.
Amaji invited me to the reading of the book and asked that it be done in English. I started spending time with her, she showed me pictures of Swamiji when I was little and it made me connect
with the role of the mother. After a while, I had to leave the ashram. My knee needed other interventions that took me to Uruguay. That was where my destiny as a mother would begin.
Motherhood, without a doubt, is a very important personal job. I am glad that I have been growing for 12 years now thanks to my son Prem (love in Hindu) I started teaching
yoga to children and I did a training for teachers to introduce yoga in schools that were recognized by the department of education of the government of Catalonia. We teach the first yoga class in Spain during school hours. The fact aroused a media interest that deserved Tv3, the television of Catalonia, to do an informative coverage of the experience.
After 18 years dedicated to teaching and personal growth, I continue to dedicate myself to sharing yoga in all its aspects. In my opinion, yoga is one of the most powerful tools to improve our interiors. It is also a reflection of our way of seeing things with a more positive eye.
