Hello, I am Sofia, a holistic psychotherapist, I am of Italian origin, it has been more than 10 years that I am dedicated to accompanying women on a path of self-discovery but above all of love for themselves. I think it is very important to learn to listen and value our body, embrace emotions, and own our thoughts. My job is to help women feel powerful and loving, to connect with nature and its cycles, discovering the deep bond we have with it. During the last 10 years I have offered workshops to discover the power of menstruation, integral growth workshops to know what kind of female archetypes rule our lives, sacred sexuality workshops, preparation for pregnancy, red stores, conscious belly dancing ...

I am a Psychologist, Gestalt Psychotherapist, Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Certified Belly Dance Teacher, Family Constellator. For many years, in addition to training and studying to be prepared to help manage emotions and relationships, I have been passionate about the shamanic path, extra-ordinary experiences in natural and jungle places. I deeply believe in the importance of discovering the meaning of our life, really knowing ourselves by taking advantage of our resources, living fully feeling part of the universe. This is my job but above all it is my vocation, it is something I do with passion and it makes me happy to be a witness to many women who leave behind masks and armor and begin to be who they are!
