My restless nature has made me face many different projects in a very versatile and positive way.
I started out wanting to change the world, that's why my university studies focused on the field of education and pedagogy. When reality got in my way, I understood that the world does not change from one day to the next, but that it is a process that takes place little by little, step by step and that there are many ways to do it. Having managed my hospitality business for 10 years has given me many tools to face various projects. It has also made me not daunted when it comes to tackling new jobs and looking for solutions in an agile and creative way. I have led and organized work teams; I have designed caterings, menus and menus. In addition, I have studied cooking and sommelier, and I have specialized in vegetarian cuisine. Food and cooking have changed my way of seeing, living life, and understanding health. It has given me power and has offered me the possibility of doing my bit to generate change. I want to be able to teach that to all the people who feel that life is something else, that they are not satisfied and that they want to learn new tools that they can apply in their day to day life.
