I studied a master's degree in nutrition at the University of Barcelona. While I was studying it I met Montse Bradford where I met another great teacher. Montse introduced me to the world of Natural and Energetic Nutrition, I studied with her for three years and my life changed forever.

I began to see food from the most subtle point of view, from the energy, balance and well-being that it can offer to the human being. Later I would complete my studies with Naturopathy and Yoga.

He is now a Nutritional Coach. In addition to being a Yoga teacher, she is a conscious Nutritionist and creator of her own healthy eating method.
