At twenty-three, I began my personal transformation without even realizing it. I left my home and moved to Ireland where I began a deep personal identity crisis that led me to learn to do a lot of nonsense and to question my own existence. Meanwhile, and with some stumbling blocks, I have been developing my professional career in the world of sales and marketing in large companies, trying to fit in with force in a life that pushed me to make bad decisions and treat myself badly for a long time. .

One day I felt "the call." Tired of suffering, I redirected my life through spiritual training seeking to repair my immense emptiness, the fruit of which was born my connection to Buddhism and spiritual teachings of all kinds for years.

Currently I live in Madrid, I am a Tibetan Reiki teacher, high impact coach , specialist in relationships and suffering management and writer. I give talks, workshops and extreme personal development training.

I am married and have two children to whom I dedicate every word that I divulge.
