Yoga teacher, movement and integrative conscious breathing
My path began 12 years ago through a deep crisis in which I felt there was no other alternative than to let go of all control, and trust in life and my intuition.
I have attended talks, trainings, workshops ... read books, watched videos ... always reaching the same conclusion: the need to let go of control, to accept everything as it is happening, in order to integrate what is in my unconscious and open space for May my soul express itself and life guide me.
And from this place I want to share my experience, stepping on land and showing simple, clear and coherent techniques, which for the moment focus on breathing and conscious movement.
Close, clear, rebellious, nonconformist, calm, restless and without identifying myself with a label or definition ... I continue to learn every day, through my life, my practice and my teaching
