Yolanda Fernández Megías

I am Yolanda, trained in Life Coaching and Emotional Therapist.

I started out as a chiropractor and as I treated people I saw the amount of injuries caused by anxiety, stress and suffering.

My personal process made me go through many therapies, I read many books, attended workshops, courses and entered the world of meditation, energies and the management of emotions, going from being a willing wife and mother to a promoter of Lives.

So with my training and my process, I have experience to accompany you in the processes that require any change in your current life to get your maximum potential and you can reach the life you want.

I have individual Coaching sessions, I teach self-esteem and self-knowledge workshops, and of course, retreats where you can deepen your process and personal change.

I am an empathetic person, who has learned to draw life lessons from her experiences of pain, I know how to listen and ask you the right questions so that you arrive at the best solution.

I like to create closeness with the people I accompany, since I know what they are going through, and I always do it from the heart and with a note of humor, since the process itself is hard enough in many cases. as if to add more seriousness to the matter.
