I investigate the union between science and spirituality.

I was born and raised in a small rural town in Sauerland, Germany. Growing up we had horses and my mom is a yoga teacher, so the relationship between humans and horses and yoga has been part of my life until today. After spending a very busy year abroad, I began to study physics and in parallel, I was introduced to the shamanistic culture. My vision was to unite science and spirituality. I was totally focused on the strength of my rational mind, my clarity, precision, logic, and intelligence. A year later I had a very serious traffic accident, or as I came to call it, a call from the spirit. Suddenly I had space, time, and the need to dedicate myself exclusively to my spiritual path and use all this knowledge, ceremonies, and tools that I knew for my own healing. Now I can share what I know with enthusiasm, touch, and delight. I have completed 500 hours at Kaula Tantra Yoga certified by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance International.

I love the Arts that allow me from the body to integrate everything that I am.

Since 1992 I have been interested in the body's ability to express and release states, ideas, and emotions through the performing and audiovisual arts. Since 1998 I have dedicated myself to artistic creation and to teach what I am passionate about. I worked for 10 years in France as a performer and choreographer with the Vendaval, Kiroul, and Tango Sumo companies. I also co-directed the theater project in rural areas of La Petite Pierre. During this period I started in audiovisual production in collaboration with Dani Cobarrubias, currently with international recognition in Video Dance Festivals. Since 2008 I have been studying and practicing the somatic body through Shiatsu and Chi Kung, I have entered the world of Butoh dance, Aikido, and Katsugen.

I consider myself in continuous daily training. I started the practice of Yoga 15 years ago, and since then I began to discover all the benefits that Yoga brings to my daily life. My passion and dedication to these ancestral teachings lead me to continue learning in India. The presence and inspiration of great teachers and recognized schools (Bihar Yoga School, or the Kaivalyadham Institute among others) where tradition, science, philosophy, and solidarity come together to continue this path as a way of life. I got a Certificate from the Yoga Alliance and the Ministry of Education, Government of India. I studied gardening, different manual massage techniques, and 5 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine which are an integral part of my holistic vision. I am Lourdes, a lover of parenting, children, nature, and silence. I entered the world of yoga out of curiosity to experiment to try... and I was surprised! So many laps and so many experiences... finally one that makes me stop and feel. Yoga opened the door to my inner world but above all, it brought coherence to my life... between what I think, say, and do. From a very young age, we escaped to the countryside and created an associative organic farming project. I learned so much about the nature of its cycles, its generosity, its permanence, its elements, ... it was quite a start! Some years later, in a remote place in the French Alps, practicing yoga with a neighbor, I listened to my fears and my desires for the first time calmly, since then I manage my emotions much better! On the way back from this trip I found my partner and a few months later we flourished giving birth to Theo (5 years old) our teacher of recognizing ourselves in the other and adventure partner and then Ruah (2 years) arrived with his slow but sure rhythm, Slowly she is conquering order and calm, a master of delivery. Thank you. I trained as a sports monitor, social health worker, and farmer. I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher of Vinyasa Flow yoga and Tantra Yoga. I have completed 5 short pieces of training in yoga for pregnancy and for children. Currently creating new spaces to develop and live happily… soon “from the earth”. And happy to be part of this school that, in addition to the practice and teaching of yoga, has a philosophy in which I recognize myself and can share to continue growing together.

Exploring energy and the elements.

Daniela began her journey studying Ayurveda massage in 2006 and continued with Shiatsu, delving into the elements through Chinese medicine. She finished her studies of these techniques in 2010 and continues to update information and participate in a postgraduate course. As a therapist, she had the need to find techniques to maintain her energetic state in good health, so she approached Qi Gong, first becoming certified as a teacher in 2011. This same year he traveled to India where he deepened in Yoga approaching first Hatha Yoga and later certifying in Tantra Yoga. Since 2014 Iris Disse assisted in the creation of Durga's Tiger School in Ecuador where she spent 4 years. Now he organizes school courses in Europe. She has also trained in Ovarian Breathing, Yoga for pregnancy and postpartum.

We can organize catering that meets your expectations. The food is as natural as possible and at km 0. You can also bring your own food since the price includes only breakfast. Lunches and dinners are organized in a second moment and according to the requests of the group.

Programme

This teaching will take place for 7 months. The program is the same that we develop in our intensive courses, and the classes will be monthly and in the form of weekend retreats or long bridges of 2, 3, or 4 days. There will also be a weekly online tutorial between one meeting and another for students…

From Granada, there are buses from the Andalucia consortium that go to Durcal or Nigüelas. Buses to Nigüelas are limited but if you arrive in Durcal we can pick you up.

If you cancel more than 10 days before the retreat’s arrival date: The entire deposit amount will be exchanged for an INSPYRIA VOUCHER.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.

If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.
